Am I a good candidate for an Arm Lift?

- You are in good health and at your ideal weight of your weight loss program.
- The appearance of excessively loose skin of the outer areas of the upper arms that have not responded to exercise.
- If you are at a stable weight and have no large weight fluctuations, above 15 pounds.

Typically the incision is placed in the inner upper arm, extending from the elbow to the underarm. The extent of skin laxity of the upper outer arm, as well as the amount of excessive skin to be removed will determine if the surgeon will need to extend the incision into the under arm area, so that the best contour may be achieved.
